Dexter Marston established Retail Site Selectors in 1989. Dexter anticipated a growing need for specialization within the commercial real estate field. For small and midsize retailers that do not have a real estate staff, or for larger retailers that are looking to down-size or who have short-term staffing needs, Dexters real estate site selection services fit a unique need in the real estate industry. He built his business by seeking clients who have those special needs. |
