Leeann Chin, Inc.
Conducted market analysis and site selection activities for Leeann Chin’s
Asia Grille concept in the Twin Cities, Seattle, Denver and Detroit markets.
In addition, RSDS developed real estate and construction reports and
provided other administrative assistance to improve the company’s
real estate development operation.
Rainforest Café
Created an expansion strategy for the Rainforest Cafe in the Northeast.
This involved identifying all possible restaurant opportunities for this themed restaurant and prioritizing those opportunities.
Creative Kidstuff
Conducted site selection and lease negotiations for this specialty toy retailer
as well as supervised a customer survey to determine the potential impact of relocating a store.
