By representing real estate users exclusively we eliminate the potential for a conflict of interest when making site recommendations. This approach allows us to recommend rather than sell properties to our clients.

RSDS is a team of real estate development specialist with expertise in the fields of market analysis, site selection, real estate law, design and construction. We provide support to small, midsized or large retailers, offering some or all of our team members to help them achieve their specific real estate goals. Our team approach provides clients a single point of execution allowing for greater accountability, coordination and efficiency, and thereby making real estate projects come on-line faster and at a lower cost.

Added Value
An additional benefit to our clients is that as a real estate broker we seek a finder’s fee (broker’s commission) which can be used to underwrite the cost of services. Depending on the size of a project the finder’s fee can cover all or a portion of the services provided by RSDS. Our philosophy is to save our clients money whenever and wherever possible.
